This policy explains what First Run, operated by Capitalless LLC, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

From clients: names, work email addresses and phone numbers of the people we work with; your firm's public business details; and access you grant to listings and profiles.
Payment details: card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details. We never see or store full card numbers.
From law firms we contact: publicly available business contact details, used to send information about our service.
From this website: basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider. The site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address when a page opens.

How we use it

To deliver and bill for the service, to send the notices you would expect (receipts, items ready for review, monthly reports, renewal reminders), to answer your messages, and to tell law firms about our service.

Emails to firms that are not clients

Every outreach email identifies us, includes our mailing address and can be stopped by replying "no thanks". We keep a do-not-contact list and honor it.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: our payment processor, email and document provider, website host, and AI service providers used to run search questions and prepare drafts. We send them only what the task needs. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for records, tax and legal purposes. Do-not-contact requests are kept so we can keep honoring them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@firstrunhq.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
